Loved our hotel and our cosy room. Very clean and comfortable with all you need for a comfortable stay. Staff weretop notch and so friendly. Great location right in city centre.

Absolutely amazing stay! Food was incredible! The room the immaculate and charming and the service was top notch! Lovely Tracy, checked us in! Joe in the restaurant was delightful too! Will defiantly return as is conveniently place nearby a car park and a short walk into the town centre. Highly recommend and kudos to all the staff!

Came to Bath for a birthday celebration. Had the most amazing time, room was perfect for our family! Attention to detail, finish of room, front view of church and quiet street. Opposite the hotel there is a public car park called Manvers Road which was ideal for us spending the entire weekend here exploring. Breakfast was great too! Unlimited continental and 1 hot plate option which was actually more than enough! Thank you for such a beautiful experience.

Very handy location near the city centre and close to the train station. The staff were very friendly throughout my stay as well. The rooms were exquisite and the bed was very comfy! The only thing stopping it being 5/5 was the breakfast which was not worth the money. However, overall I'd recommend this hotel to someone else.

We stayed at this place in Bath for two nights and I wish it was more!! Such a stunning boutique hotel with incredible service. The room was spacious, clean, and the bathtub is to die for!! Everyone was so kind, the receptionist immediately gave us a map and recommendations on what to do around town. The location is PERFECT for walking around and getting to all of your tours. Nothing was further than 15 minutes away walking. Would highly recommend this place!

We recently stayed for 2 nights. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our bags were brought to the room and we were escorted and shown how to get to the room. We loved the unique decor. The bathroom was nice with an excellent shower and plush towels. WiFi worked well. The tea and coffee in the room were very nice as well. The only small issue was, since it is an older building there was a decent gap around the door that let a fair amount of light in at night. I like pitch dark to sleep. We’d definitely stay again if we return to Bath.

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. From the minute we walked into reception to the minute we left it was a joy. The receiption staff, particularly Eve were excellent. The room was stunning. Every little detail has been thought of. Down to a night light in the toilet. This won't be my last visit

Last minute trip, rang the hotel while on the train to Bath and they were very accommodating. Brilliant location, 5mins walk from the train station if that. They've recently started allowing dogs and they were fantastic! Dog bed, water bowl, welcome gift with treats, toy and bags included! Our room was nicely tucked away, clean and well sized - we had direct access through the side door so we could let Wilbur out for the toilet in PJs without walking through the hotel. We used the Beau Bar which are dog friendly, cocktails were fantastic and properly made, food lovely, the warm bread and butter are a must! Met some other guests, great atmosphere and good price for the quality. I must say the staff are absolutely the best - everyone remembered Wilbur's name and would greet him so warmly, he loved walking around the hotel just to find them! Brilliant and so dog friendly! Really can't wait to stay again and we know Wilbur can't wait either! Thank you!
